काठमाडौ । भारतको नाकाबन्दीले पेट्रोल, खाना पकाउने ग्याँस, दैनिक उपभोग्य सामानको अभावले अहिले नेपाल आक्रान्त बनेको छ । दशैं अगाडि नै शुरू गरेको यो नाकाबन्दी तिहार सकिंदासम्म पनि खुलेको छैन । यो नाकाबन्दी भारतले आफ्नो अभिष्ट पूरा नहुन्जेलसम्म पनि खुलाउने कुनै छाँटकाँट देखाएको छैन । भारतले लगाएको अघोषित नाकाबन्दीलाई नेपालले समयमा नै अन्तराष्ट्रियकरण गर्दा पनि भारतमाथि खासै बाह्य दबाब पर्न सकेको छैन।

पूर्वराजा ज्ञानेन्द्र पनि भारतले लगाएको नाकाबन्दीमा केही नबोली चुपचाप बसेका छन्। नेपालमा नयाँ संविधान जारी भई देश संघीय गणतन्त्रमा प्रवेश गरिसकेको अवस्था भएकाले अब आफ्नो जोडबल केही नचल्ने देखेर उनी चुपचाप बसेको अनुमान गरिएको छ। तथापि ज्ञानेन्द्रले दशैंको शुभकामना वक्तव्यमार्फत नेपालमा जारी भएको संविधानका बारेमा आफ्नो असन्तुष्टि पोख्न भने भ्याएका थिए।

उनको वक्तव्यमा संविधानसभाबाट अनुमोदन भएको संविधानलाई सबै नेपाली जनताले अनुमोदन नगरेको भन्दै चिन्ता व्यक्त गरेका थिए । उनले वक्तव्यमा जनताद्वारा जनताका निम्ति बन्नु बनाइनुपर्ने विधि व्यवस्था आमजनताबाटै अनुमोदित हुनुपर्ने हुन्छ । तर, भर्खर जारी संविधानले सबै भूक्षेत्र र समुदायलाई समेट्न नसकेको र सनातनी संस्कृति र गतिविधिलाई पनि समेट्न नसकेको हुँदा स्वभावतः त्यसले विग्रह, विवाद र विरोध उत्पन्न गर्नेछ भनी आफ्नो असन्तुष्टि व्यक्त गरेका थिए।12274491_1043413879012887_6785956284312628619_n
पूर्वराजा ज्ञानेन्द्रले तराईमा असन्तुष्ट पक्षद्वारा चलाइएको आन्दोलनप्रति लक्षित गर्दै उनले हिमाल, पहाड र तराईमा देखा परेको द्वन्द्व, विग्रह, कचिंगल, अन्यौल, असन्तोष र दैनिक जीवनमा आइपरेको कठिन अवस्था एवं अभावको स्थितिमा मेरो चासो र चिन्ता रहनु स्वाभाविकै हो भन्दै उनले दशैं, तिहार र छठजस्ता नेपालीहरुको विशेष चाडपर्वमा समेत बजारमा इन्धन, औषधि एवं खाद्यान्नलगायतका दैनिक उपभोग्य वस्तुकै अभाव हुनुका साथै नेपाली नागरिकहरूले सहज ढंगले आवागमन गर्नसमेत नपाइरहेको अवस्थालाई उनले नेपाली जनजीवनको कठोर कालखण्डको संज्ञा दिएका थिए।

नयाँ बनेको संविधानमा पूर्वराजाको हैसियतमा आफूलाई कुनै पनि स्थान नदिइएकोमा उनले असन्तुष्टि व्यक्त गर्नु पनि स्वाभाविकै हो । पूर्वराजा ज्ञानेन्द्रले नेपाललाई पुनः हिन्दू राष्ट्र घोषणा गर्ने र राजतन्त्र फर्काउने आफ्नो दाउ असफल भएपछि उनी अहिले चुप लागेका हुन् । तैपनि उनी अझै आफू पुनस्र्थापना हुने फरक दाउ खोज्दैछन् । उनी भारतीय सत्तापक्षको आडमा कुनै न कुनै रूपमा फेरि शक्तिमा फर्किन चाहन्छन् । तर, यो कुरा अहिले सफल हुने सम्भावना देखिएको छैन् । दक्षिणमा कट्टर हिन्दूवादी पार्टीका प्रधानमन्त्री बनेको समयमा आफ्नो अभिष्ट पूरा हुने आशा राखेका ज्ञानेन्द्रले यसलाई विभिन्न माध्यमबाट प्रयोग गर्न खोजेका छन्।

भारतीय चाहनामा नेपाललाई पुनः हिन्दू राष्ट्र घोषणा नगरिएपछि रिसाएका भारतीय प्रधानमन्त्री नरेन्द्र मोदीका केही मन्त्रीसँग हालै मात्र गोप्यवार्ता गरिएको भनिएको पूर्वराजा ज्ञानेन्द्र मोदी सरकारले नेपालमा नाकाबन्दी गरेर देश ठप्प पारिदिंदा भने चुपचाप बस्नु अर्थपूर्ण छ । नेपालका नेताहरुलाई तर्साउने गरी समय–समयमा आफ्नो अभिव्यक्ति दिने पूर्वराजा ज्ञानेन्द्र अहिले भारतीय नाकाबन्दीविरुद्ध किन बोल्दैनन् भन्ने कुरा नै गम्भीर छ।

हाल संघीयतासहितको संविधान जारी गर्दा भारतीय प्रधानमन्त्री नरेन्द्र मोदीको अनुदार व्यवहार र नाकाबन्दीप्रति राष्ट्रवादी छवि भनिएका पूर्वराजा ज्ञानेन्द्र मौन बस्नुको अर्थ रहस्यमय छ । भारतको अघोषित नाकाबन्दीविरुद्ध पूर्वराजा ज्ञानेन्द्रको तर्फबाट कुनै पनि अभिव्यक्ति नआउनुमा उनको सत्तामा फर्कने सपना र भारतको सम्भावित आड भरोसाको टेकोले काम गरिरहेको हो कि भन्ने आशंका गर्न सकिने प्रशस्त स्थान रहेको छ।
